I’m writing to you to complain about the bicycle (Ragazzi, Modell: Off-Road MTB 26’’, 18-G. Shimano SIS/TY22, DM 198, etc) I bought in REAL in October, 2004.
The month after the purchase data I should bring this bicycle back to repair the gears system. Two months later we faced with a problem with the right pedal. Now poor bicycle left its left pedal. I would like to point out that my 10 years old son with a standard body parameters used this bicycle and not very regularly.
I do appreciate service people from REAL who cared about and repaired this damn bicycle, but I’m asking you: «Did I buy a scrap metal?». Do you have any quality control in your company? Why should I suffer from all this problems, bringing and picking it up three times with a public transport, clean my dress after each logistic operation? If it was a very special edition for a low price, it should be mentioned in advance don’t mislead customers. I am totally convinced that each company is responsible for the quality of goods offered. But my purchase is a shame for REAL and a big problem for me.
Therefore, I’m asking for money back. This bicycle now is in REAL to be repaired and I don’t want to get it back.
I’d prefer to thank you for your attention, than to complain to the proper organization about this case.

Dear Sir/Madame,
I’m writing to you to complain about the service offered by your company.
I made a mistake and signed an agreement to deliver me the magazine «Sweet Lady».
As it was indicated in the contract I had right to terminate this agreement during one week after signing without any penalty and consequences. I used this right and terminated this contract the day after in the written form as it was indicated in the contract.
Nevertheless I received one issue of this edition for May 8 – 15 and a bill.
I returned this magazine as well as the bill enclosed.
I was very surprised to get a letter with the new bill and explanation that your company is not responsible for this situation.
I would like to point out that I’m not resposible too.
I used the regular way you offered in the contract and I didn’t receive the issue from May 1-9. I can conclude that different devisions of your company don’t communicate well and offer service in very different manner.
