Sort and filter

In this lesson, we are going to learn how to work with data.

When we have a big amount of data it is difficult to find specific information about a required item. Because of that, we need to use sorting or filtering tools. Previously we have created a database for a library. Now we are going to continue our work with the previous exercise. Use the table that we have created to store all the information about books in our library.

Для того, чтобы продемонстрировать «Сортировку» давайте отсортируем наши книги по Автору. (Figure 2). Нажмите стрелкой в поле «Автор» и выберите один из двух доступных видов сортировки. Первый тип сортируется в порядке возрастания, тогда как второй по убыванию.

В этом примере мы применили «Фильтр», чтобы показать книги с жанром «Классика». Для отмены «Фильтра» нажмите стрелкой в поле «Фильтр» и нажмите кнопку «Выбрать все». Наконец, нажмите «ОК».
