The offered series of works is the first criminological series of books, published within the quarterly scientific practical bulletin “Russian Criminological Outlook”.
The authors of the books, contributed to the series, are Professors and Associate Professors of Moscow State Juridical University by O.E. Kutafin (MSJA), Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Science, Academy of the General Prosecution of the Russian Federation, Russian Juridical Academy of the Ministry of Justice of Russia, All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of the MIA of Russia, Russian State Teacher Training University by A.I.
