In the monograph, the institution of freedom deprivation as a sub-notion and types of penalty, connected with isolation of the convict from the society is analyzed.
In this work, the author attempted to make a theoretical legal constructing of the types of freedom deprivation: term or termless imprisonment; maintenance within the correctional facility of the open type to serve the concluding stage of imprisonment; maintenance within the correctional educative facility for the juvenile convicts.
This monograph is meant for students, post-graduates, lecturers and professors of Law Departments of juridical colleges and Institutes, and scientific workers, studying the vital problems of the criminal penalty.
